The Super Hero Workout

Fast forward to last year when at age 24 Matt had top 50 powerlifting rankings across three weight classes AND won his first natural bodybuilding competition — all within the span of one year.

You’re only going in circles and wasting time FACT 4: When you add an inch to your biceps or your chest, people notice.

Untold amounts of hours were spent applying all that to design the most comprehensive top-to-bottom fitness system that will send your body fat running for the hills, hyper-tone your physique like you’ve ever experienced, and ultimately change the way you think about your body.

And speaking of being a Super Hero, Matt literally lives the part... he’s devoted five years of his life to the intense study of the martial arts, self defense, and combatives becoming an instructor by 19 years old...

This is why, when aiming for growth and definition, you should harness those growth spurts mentioned in fact 1 and apply them to expanding a part of your body people will definitely notice – good for your body, even better for staying encouraged Using those four facts as our foundation, we structured the four core phases of the Super Hero Workout to give your body the most systematic distribution of exercise for optimum results in the shortest possible time Phase 1: Strength & Power Strength and power are two of the hallmarks of many, many super heroes.

And, wouldn’t you know it! Ironically, he was asked to wear the “Spiderman” costume for ABC’s One Life To Live in 3 episodes this year.

And that’s reflected in their physiques. Just look at this summer’s big super hero blockbuster movies, if you need proof. Chris Hemsworth, the lucky man who got to take on the role of Thor has always been blessed with good looks, but he wasn’t always as buff and defined as what you saw in the movie.

But this time, I was obsessed with achieving the most absolute method of getting and keeping that million-dollar physique.

So I put my ego aside, picked up the proverbial Bat-Phone to call in for reinforcements... ...and the man I called was fellow fitness super-hero Matt McGorry Matt McGorry- ISSA/C.F.T Matt and I share a very fundamental belief: if you put your effort into a proven and tested plan, and stick with it, you WILL get results -- very noticeable results.

When all was said and done, our months of intense work, research and analysis gave us: The Super Hero Workout The super-hero physiques Matt and I have achieved for ourselves and for thousands of men and women, came from a system that revolves around Four Fundamental Facts ...

You stop recovering at the same rate you workout FACT 3: Training like a maniac for weeks and weeks on end, only to tack on 3 to 5 extra pounds of muscle is pointless...

Like me, Matt wasn’t always in shape—quite the opposite. In fact, he began training in order to pass his middle school gym test because he couldn’t do a SINGLE PUSHUP and was as soft as a steamed pork dumpling.

as well as appearing on TV as experts… you can rest assured that you’ve got two of the most proven and tested fitness champs on your side.

With personal record deadlift numbers of deadlift 573lbs, 545lbs, and 501lbs—all while weighing less than 198 pounds — Matt’s strength is as impressive as his physique.

Over the years Matt and I have both trained our share of: Actors Musicians Producers Models Athletes Everyday Super Heroes like YOU Once Matt answered my call, we put our years of experience, experimentation, and elements of our proven winning programs together.

So, he’s quite literally helped mould guys into physical specimens for roles as actual Super Heroes in the movies.
